                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE ADMINISTRATOR
                   OF THE DEPARTMENT OF PUBLIC WORKS TO EXECUTE
                   A CONTRACT WITH NEEL-SCHAFFER, INC.,
                   RELATIVE TO A TRAFFIC ANALYSIS OF THE
                   McCALLIE AVENUE AND M. L. KING BOULEVARD
                   ONE-WAY FACILITIES, MORE PARTICULARLY
                   DESCRIBED HEREIN, FOR A CONSIDERATION OF
                   FIFTEEN THOUSAND DOLLARS ($15,000.00).
                  
                  
                                                    
                  
                  
       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That the Administrator of the Department
       of Public Works be and is hereby authorized to execute a Contract 

       with Neel-Schaffer, Inc., relative to a traffic analysis to
       determine if it is in the best interest of the City of 
Chattanooga
       to keep McCallie Avenue and M. L. King Boulevard one-way
       facilities or to convert them to two-way operations, for a
       consideration of $15,000.00.
